Sharing Files that are in SharePoint:

One of the basic functions of SharePoint is to reduce the number of File copies and allow everyone to share the original. Advantages include versioning and everyone always has the latest plus not losing anyone’s edits or having to merge documents to get all the changes from all the copies. However probably the most important feature of sharing a link to the document is that you remain in control of your data by being able to revoke shared privileges if for example you sent the file to the wrong person or the person leaves the company.

There will still be times when you want to share the finalized version with people where they all get a copy. To do this start a new email and can go to the Outlook Ribbon under Message and select Attach File: IF the file is one you recently saved it will be in the top of the list, IF Not; then on the bottom of the list is an option to “Browse Web Locations” from her you can browse to the file in SharePoint and when you select it you will be promoted to “Share link” or “Attach as copy”.

As with most things in Windows there’s more than one way to do this but I find this is the easiest way to explain it. If you have another way that works for you that’s fine too.

    1. Sorry, I don’t know any professional writer sources. I am happy the post was helpful to you.

  3. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I抣l try to get the hang of it!

  4. Hello there, You have done an incredible job. I will certainly digg it and personally suggest to my friends. I’m sure they will be benefited from this web site.

  5. I have learned some important matters through your blog post. One other thing I would like to say is that there are several games available on the market designed specially for preschool age small children. They consist of pattern identification, colors, wildlife, and styles. These generally focus on familiarization as an alternative to memorization. This keeps a child engaged without experiencing like they are learning. Thanks

  6. Coming from my notice, shopping for technology online can for sure be expensive, however there are some how-to’s that you can use to help you get the best deals. There are always ways to find discount promotions that could help make one to hold the best electronics products at the cheapest prices. Good blog post.

  7. Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this website. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that “perfect balance” between usability and visual appeal. I must say you’ve done a great job with this. Also, the blog loads super fast for me on Chrome. Outstanding Blog!

  8. I do like the manner in which you have presented this particular difficulty plus it really does present me personally a lot of fodder for thought. Nevertheless, from what precisely I have personally seen, I simply wish when the actual responses pile on that people keep on issue and not embark on a soap box involving some other news du jour. Still, thank you for this fantastic point and while I can not concur with the idea in totality, I respect your point of view.

  9. Thank you for another magnificent post. Where else
may anybody get that kind of information in such an ideal method of writing?
I’ve a presentation next week, and I’m on the look for such information.
